Terms and Conditions for Indiansbiz Vcards Service

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the IndiansBiz Vcards Service ("Service"), provided by Reconshield Network ("Provider") under the Indiansbiz Malaysia platform. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Service Overview IndiansBiz Vcards is designed to assist Malaysian Indian business owners and users in creating their own website and virtual name card ("Vcard") for a minimum fee of RM 50 per year.

3. Account Validity and Renewal

• All packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of activation.
• Users are required to renew their subscription before the expiration date to maintain their account.
• Accounts that are not renewed within the stipulated time frame will be permanently deleted.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Users are strictly prohibited from promoting illegal businesses or activities that are not valid under Malaysian law.
• Misuse of accounts, including the dissemination of false information, fraudulent activities, or other unethical practices, will result in immediate account termination.

5. Disclaimer

• Reconshield Network and IndiansBiz Malaysia are not responsible for any misinformation or misuse of the platform by users.
• Users are advised to report any suspected illegal or unethical activities to sales@indiansbiz.com.

6. Reporting Misuse Users are encouraged to notify the Provider of any accounts or content suspected of violating these Terms or Malaysian laws by emailing sales@indiansbiz.com.

7. Fees and Payment

• The minimum annual subscription fee for the Service is RM 50.
• Non-payment of renewal fees will result in the permanent deletion of the account.

8. Termination

• The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.
• The Provider retains the right to refuse service to individuals or businesses found to be in violation of Malaysian laws or these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Provider shall not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to misuse, unauthorized access, or the dissemination of false information by users.

10. Amendments

• The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
